    • My Approach

    • Education & Training

I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Marriage, Family, and Human Development and later completed my Master’s degree in Social Work. Over the years, I have continued to build experience working with individuals and families across a variety of clinical and community settings.

    • Professional Experience

My background includes work in adolescent group homes, foster care agency, community mental health programs, eating disorder hospital, and primary care. These experiences have provided me with a broad understanding of emotional health, relational challenges, and personal growth across different stages of life.

    • Adolescents & Families

Much of my work has focused on adolescents and families. In addition to my clinical experience, my family and I have fostered 18 youth over the years. This experience has deepened my understanding of resilience, attachment, family dynamics, and the importance of feeling safe, seen, and supported.

    • Moving Forward

Seeking support takes courage, and you do not have to navigate life’s challenges alone. It is a privilege to walk alongside clients as they pursue healing, growth, and meaningful change.
